The Administrative and Marketing Associate will lead marketing activities; ensure that business owners, prospective entrepreneurs and residents are aware of and encouraged to participate in new and existing business development programs; track the social impact of the Rising Tide Community Loan Fund; and prepare reports as required. The Administrative and Marketing Associate assists with the developing and implementation of the Fund's communications strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Marketing/Outreach
· Provides website content and maintenance of the RTCLF website in addition to basic digital media marketing via, social media, blogs, content and SEO.
· Develops and implements activities and tools that will enhance the image of RTCLF in the community including, but not limited to, coordinating with other CACLV staff, CACLV subsidiary staff or other resources and ensure that RTCLF information and documents are available to Hispanic speakers.
· Plans and implements promotional events and participates in trade shows.
· Informs business owners of the availability of training, technical assistance, and funding for small businesses from the Rising Tide and other community partners.
· Develops and implements marketing and communications strategies for RTCLF
· Updates social media, websites, and contact groups for RTCLF
· Develops marketing materials, both digital and printed, for RTCLF.
· Promotes and markets the products and services of the RTCLF and CACLV to prospective entrepreneurs, business owners, referral sources and the greater community.
· Attends community meetings as assigned.
Administrative
· Maintains Board and committee contact lists.
· Prepares and submits vouchers for vendor payments.
· Organizes and maintains client files, ensuring grant compliance with reporting regulations and policies.
· Records loan payments
· Responds to inquiries from small business community
· Compiles data for organizational reports.
Other
· Maintains the confidentiality of agency, client, and staff information.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Online marketing skills (PPC Search, Email, Social Media) a necessity
Experience in consumer lending and/or financial literacy training preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
An outgoing personality with professional and interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a wide range of people
Computer skills and ability to work in Microsoft Office (Word, Access and Excel)
Experience working in non-profit sector desirable, but not required
Personal vehicle or access to independent transportation required
Valid driver's license required
Proof of motor vehicle insurance (for use of personal vehicle)
Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
PA State Police criminal record check required
Child Abuse History Clearance required
FBI Criminal History background check required
